What documents do I need to pick up my rental vehicle?

To ensure a smooth and efficient vehicle pick-up process, please have the following documents ready when you arrive at the Surprice Car Rentals location:

Required Documents

1. Valid Driver’s License
   – The driver’s license must be in the name of the primary driver and valid at the time of rental and throughout the entire rental period.
   – If your license is not printed in the Roman alphabet (for example, Arabic, Cyrillic, Chinese, etc.), you must also present an International Driving Permit (IDP).
2. Credit Card
   – A personal credit card in the name of the primary driver is required for payment and pre-authorization of the security deposit.
3. Booking Confirmation or Voucher
   – Please bring the printed or digital confirmation email or voucher you received at the time of booking.
   – This document verifies your reservation details and agreed rates.
4. Passport or National Identity Card
   – For international rentals or rentals outside your country of residence, a valid passport is required.
   – Residents renting within their home country may present a national identity card as proof of identity if permitted by local regulations.
